Natural killer (NK) cells serve as the body's first line of immune defense, characterized by unrestricted killing capabilities that enable rapid elimination of infected and tumor cells. Comprising only 5-10% of peripheral blood cells, NK cells express the CD16 and CD56 markers on their surface. This product enables the simple and rapid isolation of highly purified NK cells from fresh or cryopreserved peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs). It can process a total cell volume of 1x10^9 cells, yielding over 85% NK cells post-purification. It provides a powerful tool for utilizing NK cells in immunological research.
