Product Usage：For removing over 90% of CD3+ cells from whole blood.
This product enables simultaneous coupling of red blood cells and target cells in whole blood. Subsequently, target cells can be directly isolated/removed from whole blood using conventional Ficoll density gradient centrifugation. It facilitates rapid, non-contact cell sorting and processes 50 ml of whole blood. This product effectively removes over 90% of CD3+ cells, providing a powerful tool for both basic and clinical research.
