This product is suitable for in vitro expansion of NK cells from human fresh or cryopreserved peripheral blood, umbilical cord blood, or concentrated leukocyte sources. Starting with a single source of nucleated cells, after 14 days of culture, the total cell count can be expanded approximately 50-fold. The number of NK cells can be amplified by more than 500-fold, with purity reaching 70%-85% (due to individual variations, the purity of NK cells in some samples may be below 70% or above 85% after induction).
