Regulatory T cells (Treg) constitute a subset of T cells that control the body's autoimmune reactivity. They are closely associated with the development of autoimmune diseases, and their abnormal expression can lead to such conditions. Treg cells obtained through in vitro culture serve as crucial raw materials for immunological research. Acquiring sufficient quantities of Treg cells in vitro is also a key strategy for controlling autoimmune diseases and reducing graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) to promote transplant tolerance. This product enables efficient in vitro expansion of Treg cells from mononuclear cells (MNCs). It features straightforward operation and high target cell percentage. After 14 days of culture, the initial cell population expands 30-40-fold, achieving Treg purity of approximately 90%.
