This product enables large-scale expansion of γδ T cells from human peripheral blood mononuclear cells. After 14 days of culture, the initial mononuclear cells can be amplified approximately 30±10-fold, achieving a γδ T cell purity of around 80%. The serum-free culture system throughout the process provides a powerful tool for immunological research utilizing γδ T cells.
