Natural killer (NK) cells serve as the body's first line of defense within the immune system. Closely linked to antitumor and immune regulatory functions, they possess broad recognition capabilities and rapidly dissolve, kill, and destroy cancer cells. Our S-NK cell high-efficiency expansion technology builds upon existing NK cell expansion techniques by equipping NK cells with multiple precision-guided tumor-targeting proteins. This significantly enhances NK cells' ability to target tumor cells. Concurrently, the use of NK cell activators doubles the secretion of perforin and granzyme compared to conventional NK cells, substantially boosting NK cell killing activity. This technology is applicable for research into the prevention and treatment of various solid tumors.
