Antigen-specific T cells (ASTCs) are T cells activated by specific proteins or peptide fragments derived from viruses, bacteria, tumor cells, or self-tissues. Under normal circumstances, T cell clones expressing a specific TCR constitute only 10⁻⁴ to 10⁻⁵ of the total T cell pool. The in vitro expansion of large numbers of tumor antigen-specific T lymphocytes is crucial for both basic research and clinical cell therapy. This kit successfully achieves high-efficiency in vitro expansion of NY-ESO-1 antigen-specific T cells by leveraging mature DC cell expansion technology and T cell expansion technology. It provides a powerful tool for fundamental research and clinical studies addressing NY-ESO-1-related issues.
