DCs induce the proliferation of antigen-specific T cells by presenting specific antigens to them, thereby eliminating pathogens (such as tumor cells or viruses) bearing the specific antigenic characteristics to achieve therapeutic effects. This kit matures mononuclear cells (MNCs) into DCs in vitro in just 4 days, halving the time required by traditional DC induction methods. Components are clearly defined with no heterologous elements; sterile, mycoplasma-free, and low endotoxin.
