Cytokine-Induced Killer (CIK) cells constitute a heterogeneous population comprising CD3+CD56+ NK-like T cells and CD3+CD8+ cytotoxic T cells. They exhibit MHC-restricted and non-MHC-restricted tumor-killing capabilities, demonstrating enhanced efficacy against various tumors, particularly those with low MHC class I and II molecule expression. This kit efficiently expands mononuclear cells (MNCs) into CIK cells in vitro, providing a powerful tool for immunological research. It features clearly defined components free of heterologous elements; is sterile, mycoplasma-free, and low in endotoxins; and is suitable for both bone marrow and peripheral blood. It exhibits potent cytotoxic activity, primarily composed of NK-like T cells and cytotoxic T cells.
