Grace's medium is a modified version of Wyatt medium developed by Grace. This medium more closely resembles the chemical composition of insect hemolymph, and Grace successfully established continuous insect cell lines using it. Originally developed for culturing cells from the Australian white-starred orange silkmoth (Antherea eucalypti), Grace's medium can be adapted for various insect cells with appropriate supplements. This includes cells from numerous lepidopteran species and certain dipteran insects.
