This product is a highly targeted, defined-component specialized medium designed for the efficient induction of human pluripotent stem cells (including embryonic stem cells and iPSCs) or specific neural progenitor cells into functional neurons. It effectively mimics the in vivo microenvironment of neural development, powerfully initiating and amplifying the expression program of neural lineage-specific transcription factors (such as Ngn2 and NeuroD1). This successfully guides cells out of pluripotency, through neuroepithelial transition, and ultimately into mature neurons expressing hallmark markers (such as Tuj1, MAP2, and NeuN).
